Visit The Collins Aerospace
Museum

Travel through time at the Collins Aerospace Museum. Learn about Collins radios that were developed at significant times in American history — from the refrigerator-sized transmitters used during Admiral Richard Byrd’s second expedition to Antarctica in the 1930s, to radios used by Mercury and Gemini astronauts as they orbited Earth in the 1960s.

Tours Every Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Public Tours & Field Trips

Non-employee museum visits and group tours can be arranged through AACLA Secretary Becky Woodword at tours@thecollinsstory.org. Non-employee guests must be registered in the Collins Aerospace SAFE system. A picture ID is required to participate in the tour.
